Hygiene is not only bathing every morning or keeping your body parts clean or wearing clean clothes. Hygiene is also keeping your teeth clean and getting away with bad breath. You eat and you munch every now and then.
What all you eat, the remains of food get stuck in your teeth anyhow. When this remains deposit inside your mouth it tends to leave bad breath. Many a time people do not care or tend to ignore all this. You might not feel your own smell but the person to whom you’re speaking to might feel your bad breath. - Another major reason is that plaque deposits and bacterial infection may grow in your mouth.
How to cure it?
- Brush your teeth at least twice a day. It is very important that you brush your teeth so that there are no food remains left.
- Visit your dentist as soon as you find any sort of bad breath. This can also be a sign of some disease.
- When you find any decayed tooth or cavity, it is high time that you need to consult your dentist. A decayed tooth can also cause your breath to be smelly.
- Invest in good toothpaste and a good tongue scraper. Scrap your tongue whenever you brush.
- Rinse your mouth with good mouthwash. Mouthwashes must be kept as your safety tool. These are small and easy to carry.
It is also important to note that one should avoid too much of tea or caffeine. This also causes your teeth to decay which causes bad breath. If you eat tobacco, quit it. Try imbibing good and healthy eating habits so that it does not have any adverse effect on your health.
