Researches say that even if one partner is HIV positive, this disease can spread to the other partner. Open skin sores can make it easier for the virus to spread, in some cases even without the bruises, increased inflammation can increase the number of vulnerable cells for HIV to target. That is why talking, and opening up with your spouse about this problem is a natural thing to do. After all, all you want is a happy and a risk-free life.

  • Use protection while having sex

It is necessary that you should use condoms while you are making out. Because of the simple reason that condoms are incredibly and profoundly effective in preventing STI such as HIV.

  • Check out for any rare symptom that you have never seen before

Though HIV positive is a rare disease, it is spreading like fire. At least 2 out of 10 people are heard getting infected with HIV positive virus. Generally, there are no strange symptoms in its initial stages, but even if you see any abnormal sign or any health-related issue that you have never suffered before, consider getting yourself tested for HIV positive.

  • Never share needles

People, who share needles with their partners, are at an elevated risk of getting g infected. One can also get infected by using the same or unsterilized needle. When one share needles or other equipment, you could unknowingly get in contact with infected blood.
